Fereshteh Sadr-Orafaee joins ‘Shahrbanou’

ifilm star of ‘Transit Cafe’, Fereshteh Sadr-Orafaee, joins cast of new movie ‘Shahrbanou’.

Actor in ‘Under the Moonlight’ joins the new cinematic project as the first star of Maryam Bahrololoumi’s second directorial experience.

Orafaee is an Iranian actress, voice actor and puppeteer. She has appeared in several movies including ‘When the Moon was Full’ for which she received the Best Actress in a Supporting Role award from the 37th edition of the Fajr Film Festival in Iran.

She has been in a number of ifilm movies as well including ‘The Painting Pool’ and ‘Twenty’.

‘Patio’ is the title of the first movie that Bahrololoumi has directed. It has been a very promising start for her as the film has so far attended a number of film events and bagged awards, including the Best First-film Director Award at the 36th Fajr Film Festival in Iran.

Pejman Teimourtash is the flick’s scriptwriter and Pegah Ahmadi is in charge of its production.

No details on the plot of the movie, which will soon launch shooting stage, have been revealed yet.
